Amazon Tickets helps customers browse, book and buy tickets to live entertainment events across the UK, from West End shows and music concerts to festivals and family events. We work with a range of promoters, venues, record labels and artists to provide a wide selection of exciting live events, as well as exclusives and special offers customers won’t find elsewhere. All pricing is clear with all fees displayed upfront, and booking tickets is simple – customers simply use their existing Amazon account.
We are now looking for an experienced Publisher to join us as we enter the next exciting phase of our growth plan. This role will suit individuals who thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment and have excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills.

Role Purpose:
The Online Publisher is responsible for getting events live on site within a specified timeframe, liaising with internal and external stakeholders during the event lifecycle. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey from the event setup through to the date of the event, managing all elements of the end to end process.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for productivity, quality and coverage metrics and goals
  • Identifies day-to-day operational problems and suggests tactical solutions
  • Achieves all assigned KPIs
  • Executes process wide priority projects to improve operations performance
  • Executes standard projects to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements
  • Highlights issues to stakeholders as required
  • Drive constant improvement of performance
  • Establishes key reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Monitor sales and resolve any issues or escalations
  • Help define and implement new processes
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by the business strategy
  • Support Operations Account Managers
  • Contribute towards Operational BRD's for new and improved functionality
  • Offer insight into process and systems improvement
  • Participate and Manage meetings to deliver the publishing function


Basic Qualifications

  • A driven individual who thrives on ambiguity
  • Evidence of driving new products / services into performing and profitable business opportunities
  • Degree educated
  • Industry knowledge preferable but not essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Good commercial acumen, problem solving skills and good data analytical capability
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of working within the industry
